Is life feeling especially difficult right now?
Do you feel stuck in a routine that no longer serves you?
Are you feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, or unsure of what comes next?

Life can be as demanding as it is rewarding. At times, challenging circumstances feel hard to navigate on our own, and the idea of change can seem overwhelming. Relationship difficulties, life transitions, or ongoing stress can leave us feeling isolated and disconnected from those around us.

If you are facing a challenging season or feel ready to move in a new direction, you don’t have to do it alone. I am here to listen, support you, and help you take meaningful steps toward greater clarity, connection, and an improved quality of life.

Board Approved Supervisor

Supporting Growth of  LPC-Associates

As a Licensed Professional Counselor–Supervisor, I provide experienced, collaborative clinical supervision for Licensed Professional Counselor–Associates.

My professional background spans a wide range of counseling settings, including community mental health, college and university environments, inpatient treatment, correctional facilities, and private practice. This breadth of experience allows me to support associates with diverse clinical interests and practice goals.

My theoretical orientation is integrative, drawing from multiple evidence-based approaches, including experiential, existential, cognitive-behavioral, and motivational interviewing models. I specialize in working with individuals and couples, with advanced training in trauma-informed care, EMDR, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Levels I and II).

Associates can expect a supportive, structured supervision experience focused on clinical skill development, ethical decision-making, and professional growth. Supervision emphasizes building a practical counseling toolbox while fostering confidence, competence, and increasing self-sufficiency in service of clients’ best interests. Supervision is primarily conducted through individual sessions.

Please contact me to explore your goals as a Licensed Professional Counselor–Associate and determine whether my supervision approach is the right fit for your professional development.
